CarterTodd & Associates A 1985 graduate of The Citadel, Sam Morton is co-author of four fiction anthologies, a collection of his own short stories and poems, and a fiction novel, Disavowed. He has written speeches for corporate CEOs, local office holders, and political candidates. A former editor of Greater Columbia Business Monthly and the Florence Business Journal, he is an active freelance writer for several regional magazines including Columbia Metropolitan, Lake Murray magazine, Lexington Life, and Sandlapper. Morton was also a corporate communications executive for Policy Management Systems Corporation, a worldwide leader in providing software and outsourcing solutions to the international property & casualty insurance market. Morton writes speeches, case studies, trend articles, and technical white papers forCarterTodd's clients.He has garnered a host of national and international publication credits and has won numerous awards for his corporate work, including three Addy awards that include a Best of Show recognition, three InShow awards presented by the American Institute of Graphic Artists, and two PICA trophies presented by the Printing Industry of the Carolinas. His public service includes service as a member of the board of directors for the Lexington/Richland Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council, the USC School of Medicine Committee on Women, and the USC Innovista Research District Livability Committee. |
